Refund Policy
Purchaser has complete responsibility to notify a Network
Essentials, LLC sales representative in the case of a defective
product, within the specified warranty period (a 30-day default
period). If purchaser chooses to return an item which is not
defective, Network Essentials, LLC will charge the purchaser a
15% restocking fee upon return of item. This amount will be
deducted from the original received amount. Network Essentials,
LLC will process and make all refunds within 10 business days
from the date item is marked delivered by a shipping agent.
Purchasers will not be held responsible for shipping charges in
the case where an item is defective. Purchasers are advised to
contact a Network Essentials, LLC sales representative, and make
arrangements for immediate return of defective item(s).
Defective items not shipped within 2 days from the date which a
Network Essentials, LLC personnel was notified, will not be
accepted.
Purchaser has the responsibility to notify a Network Essentials,
LLC sales representative of the nature of defect. Upon receipt
of the item, a Network Essentials, LLC support representative
will evaluate the returned item, and advise purchaser
accordingly on the findings. If item is diagnosed as good,
purchaser will be billed for any shipping charges incurred by
Network Essentials, LLC.
Network Essentials, LLC will only accept the return of a non
defective item when notified within 3 business days from date
item was delivered.
